Kindergarten Newsletter for the Week of February 13, 2012
Reading – This week our read alouds will include the books we previously read and also The Wolf’s Chicken Stew. Our focus will be on summarizing and identifying the setting, characters and story sequence.
Religion – We will be discussing how Jesus was a helper
and ways we can be help, also.
Math –The children will be doing various activities that relate to 100: sorting, measuring and estimating.
Health – We will be discussing taking care of our teeth.
Reminders…
• Letter of the week is Tt.
• Please return the bag of 100 items for our display.
• Please return your child’s report card envelope.
• On Tuesday, the children may dress in red for Valentine’s Day.
